DEVICE CONDITION

All devices sold are used and refurbished products, and may therefore show signs of use, such as cosmetic marks that vary depending on the selected purchase grade.

QUALITY GRADES

GRADE A

Screen, keyboard, and trackpad in “like new” condition, with no scratches. Chassis also in perfect condition, without marks.

GRADE B

Screen may have minor scratches and barely noticeable dead pixels. The chassis may show light scratches. Keyboard and trackpad may have superficial scratches.

GRADE C

Screen, keyboard, and trackpad may have visible scratches and noticeable dead pixels. The chassis may show scratches and slight dents that do not affect functionality.

DEVICE VERIFICATION

All devices have been inspected, wiped, tested, and verified to ensure full functionality, regardless of the assigned quality grade.

OPERATING SYSTEM

Devices may or may not include an operating system license. This information will be detailed in the order specifications. Any provided operating systems will be original Microsoft licenses.

DEVICE APPEARANCE

Devices may feature modifications to their original color or finish, as some units are repainted to improve appearance.

WARRANTY

REFURBISHED DEVICES

24 months from the date of sale to the end user.

CONSUMABLE ACCESSORIES

(Batteries, fuses, chargers, etc.): 2 months from the date of sale to the end user.

BATTERIES

Guaranteed to have at least 68% of their original capacity at the time of sale.

WARRANTY PROCESS

In the event of a fault covered by warranty, repair, replacement, or refund will be carried out at no cost, in accordance with legal terms.

If the defect results from misuse, negligence, impact, moisture, or unauthorized tampering, the repair will be chargeable. A quotation will be provided for approval and payment before proceeding.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE WARRANTY

If the product is out of warranty or the quotation is not approved, shipping costs (€15) will be borne by the customer.

If the warranty is applicable, shipping will be free within the national territory, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase (receipt, ticket, or invoice) is required.

A case number will be assigned upon opening the claim, along with instructions to follow for the warranty process.

PRODUCT SECURITY

All devices include strategically placed security seals (Void). If these seals are damaged, tampered with, or missing, the warranty will be voided.

PACKAGING

Unless otherwise specified, devices will be delivered in generic boxes, properly protected and accompanied by the corresponding accessories.
